Not sure on colors, but here's sort of the Kitchen style I envisioned. Is this Victorian? I'd make the windows paneless and swind out? Make the upper windows transom. Cabinets make a little darker. Make counter tops a dark grey concrete or something along those lines. A primary green backsplash all the way around? Or some other color. Floors would be stained concrete and still debating between a grayish (which might suggest white walls) or a copper color.
Another nice door but forget the glass on either side and the psuedo arch.
Love these transoms. This might be a good design for Sunroom east and west wall with west wall opening in and east wall opening out? Would also put hinge on top so bottom opens on West wall of Sunroom. That way breeze would be directed to floor on west wall. On east wall of Sun Room, they would open outward to let heat escape. I think convections would be more conducive this way too.
Don't like these windows but this is the effect I'd love to achieve. Would this style work on the Master Bedroom door? RE: This would be challenging to make work with the current gable roof on the master wing. Instead, we could change it to a shed roof, upturned for tall SE windows, These windows have a external light shelf wish is great for shading windows in the summer. The SE orientation doesn't really require it since direct afternoon sun will never come in the windows.
Not sure how much height we're going to have, but if the lower windows were paneless, this would be a preferred design. If the uppers could be tilted on a center horizontal pivot, it would be ideal. RE: We have a lot of height, but you will simply be looking up at the ceiling (and skylights) in the greenhouse. Careful attention to fenestration is required to balance solar gain, natural light, views, and heat loss.
Another cool idea for the mud room. RE: We already incorporated a placeholder in the mudroom for something like this. These are very common in all the high-end homes, and SUPER functional.
That's pretty cool! Can we hide a couple drawers in the stairway?
Like this design for inside Pantry Room.
Perfect for Office on interior of north wall.
Perfect for mud/utility room.
Nice backsplash color.
Good counter top color? Floor?
Kitchen windows maybe?
Kinda like these windows. Can we use in the kitchen/sunroom? Maybe a lower panel with openable transom pane window above?
I want wood cabinets but like the white tile backsplash wall.
Nice monolithic floor.
That's elegant. How about some border lines, scroll work or filigree like this to separate dining room from other rooms?
Like the concrete island counter top. Would make the wood darker though. Hate the ventilation hood and the tile wall would be better with 6" white tiles.
Nice floor!
good color for a floor but maybe take off the sheen
Seems like there's basically two options for acid stained concrete floors - grey and a brown/amber. Okay with either.
Like the floor color but I'd probably go with white walls or the grey tree-trunk wall paper for a half wall.
Kinda like this color scheme too. Sink sucks.
That's kind of cool for one wall. Too much here. If it went only to just above the shower head then white or off gray/blue I think it'd work better. Could use for toilet closet, tub surround or shower stall but think it would be too much for wainscoating.
Like the colored floor.
Cool color scheme but would only put on one wall - behind the tub or behind the sink. Might work in upstairs bath?
Thinking for master bath. Fully doored cabinet underneath. Like all the counter top room. Love the double trough sink. Would put a solid mirror behind the sink though with medicine cabinets on either side.
Good divider for upstairs toilet or that colored glass. RE: I really like glass partitions for water closets instead of opaque walls. It helps make the space much brighter.
Kind of the integrated tub/shower I was thinking of. Remove the dividing wall and make it all glass - maybe half that colored glass?
Nice color scheme (except ceiling maybe) but maybe a solar tube rather than skylight?
Don't know where to put it, but maybe a transom window somewhere?
A little too dark but maybe if top half of back wall was white it would work. Forget the wood cabinets and above counter sinks.
Now there's a cool idea for a door. Sun room maybe? RE: It is hard to get a good air-seal on a roll-up door. Even with good thermal glazing, this will result in a lot of heat-loss. This is preferable in temperate climates, but is doable.
How's this for a color scheme?
How about this counter top with white tile walls and gray wanescoating same as countertop around rest of bath? I have no idea.
Wall and floor I like. Floor maybe should be lighter though. I like the gay colors.
I like the walls - light, airy and simple - but might make a black or dark gray wanescoat at least on some of the walls.
Like the hog trough double sink but not the faucets.
That's pretty cool!
Kind of like the simplicity of the one room shower/tub. RE: We can do this! It just takes a little extra attention to waterproofing and floor slope.
Love these barn doors. Thinking might work to divide the laundry/utility room from the kitchen and on that half bath. RE: Yes, these are easier to incorporate than pocket doors since they don't affect framing.
I like the seat and shelves. If seat could be extended as a platform with a tub in it and glass wall to divide the tub and shower, that would simplify plumbing and save space. I like a spacious shower but don't like the rain heads. A lighter color would be better here too and a smooth floor.
Slider door instead of pocket doors into utility room?
48" with griddle :( Don't like the griddle but like warming drawer, steam, convection and 6 burners. How does "dual fuel" work? Is there an electric burner or oven element? Appears no self-clean cycle, yeah! Only applicable if no induction.
Here's a good shot with dried grass. If you could put a yellow/olive roof on it to match the grass in front, it would blend in better.
