Note window shutters - option for the breakfast room area only - maybe white maybe brown to be closer to floor color or even espresso like kitchen cabinets. Interesting option.

Note wall color again....white trim....could do lighter color shades like we had in office in Cincinnati - would all tie together...

Note beams used on corners of walls with beam molding (left side ceiling/wall intersection) - - no beams across ceiling itself - gives sens of separation with rooms, adds elemnts of rsutic but without covering ceiling with beams. I like the concept.

Note - molding around windows - white but can work with brown wood shutters instead of brown molding. Then a tan or mocha paint color would look sharp

Note the paint color - darker but nice kind of mocha

Note lighting over pool table - could be used in breakfast room over table. Three lights but only one connector to ceiling so no extra electrical work

note spacing of beans with recessed lighting

Note faux beams - not too big so don't make room small and they keep lighter color on walls and ceiling to keep open feeling. Could do dark shutters or white shutters. Nice rustic elements overall without being TOO rustic
