How to change your background in Zoom
- Choose from any of the above six backgrounds and right click on the green link to download the image. Click ‘Save Link As’ to save the image to your desktop.
- Open the Zoom app and click on the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the Zoom app. In the left rail, navigate to ‘Virtual Background’.
- Click the ‘+’ on the right of the pop-up screen of ‘Virtual Background’.
- Select your image from your desktop and click ‘Open’. Note: the logo will appear backwards to you but not to others in your Zoom meeting or call.
- Impress your colleagues and clients with your redesigned interior!
