The kitchen before works
Brief
The brief was to create a much larger functional kitchen as the family are avid cooks.
The family wanted a much more functional kitchen, and increase the size. To provide additional storage and a pair of ovens. To also have 2 preparation areas and an appliance cupboard.

Starting point
The client showed me a green tile that she loved, and thought perhaps a white kitchen would work… however that was the driver to not just give her a white kitchen but to incorporate the green.

Challenges you worked around
A structural wall had be left (which is where the green tiled section is) but I decided to design the kitchen around this to create a much larger working area.

I like the green tiles and island. I think the cabinets would look better in a light grey to give a bit more contrast - too green for me but sounds like the owners love it which is great
