Houzz Launches Houzz Pro Business Software for Renovation Pros
Houzz Pro brings renovating pros business management software and marketing features in a single solution
Houzz is proud to announce the launch of Houzz Pro, a suite of software tools that renovating pros can use to manage their residential construction businesses. Houzz Pro for Australia (and Houzz Pro for NZ) is the only business software on the market that builders and renovating pros can use to manage the full project life cycle, including attracting and converting new clients, creating estimates, communicating with clients and tracking payments all in one place. The new tools are just one aspect of the Houzz Pro Resilience Initiative, designed to help pros strengthen their businesses; stay connected to one another, their clients and their teams; and tap into the power of the Houzz community.

The new tools within Houzz Pro enable construction professionals to manage their businesses from their desktop computers or from the Houzz Pro app. Builders and renovators who subscribe to Houzz Pro also can benefit from new marketing and advertising features, such as enhanced analytics, and new profile features, such as a company highlight video and featured reviews.

With Houzz Pro, construction pros can manage their client pipeline from any source, including Houzz, allowing them to stay top of mind with potential clients and win more projects. Within Houzz Pro, builders and renovators can communicate with their leads, add internal notes about projects and attach relevant files and photos.

Pros can choose which content they want clients to see on the client dashboard before sharing it, and a preview function allows pros to confirm everything is correct before sending. The dashboard includes message history; a graphic and interactive project timeline that pros can build and then share with clients; and daily logs where pros can share regular updates of what’s happening on the job site, photos and more.

- Enhanced analytics through Houzz Pro gives subscribing pros insights into how their profiles are resonating most with the Houzz community.
- Website building and hosting. Subscribers to Houzz Pro can have the Houzz team build, host and manage a professional website as part of any paid subscription package.
