Great news - just make sure you drain off the liquid reasonably frequently. It will take a while (around when the bin is 1/4 full) to get any liquid and before you sprinkle the mixture on, press down on the veges (I use an old potato masher) then sprinkle the mixture on! Too easy! Dilute the liquid with water before watering on plants

Excellent article we have 2 compost bins and a bokashi bin the liquid is gold and have a plastic sealed bin under sink which is emptied every 2 day coffee grounds and lots of veggies scrap ( we drink a lot of coffe and eat a lot of veggies) so works well for us
