What was the bathroom like originally?
It was two tiny and dysfunctional bathrooms. Both were lacking acceptable spatial requirements and the main bathroom had no natural light.

Scope of work
To combine both bathrooms and create one functional bathroom.
Ciara Tapia Design
What was the creative brief from the client?
The bathroom had to be light and airy with a palette of soft colours that could easily stand the test of time.

Challenges
  • The narrow space.
  • We had a peculiar step in the wall that housed a column. We could not extend the bathroom back so we integrated the custom mirrors to be deep storage cabinets.
