When interviewing potential real estate agents, talk about staging. Many agents are very good stagers or have a stager working on their team. I photograph real estate for about 150 agents and most of my clients are extremely proactive in getting their properties ready for photos and ultimately showings.

Well James I disagree with you- we can all take our own photos but you prefer to be hired for your skill. If you have an agent staging for you it is the very same thing- a pro knows things that a non pro doesn't. The article above states many are interior designers- I can tell you MOST are not! Design/Decor & staging are different disciplines. MJSJEET: cheap solutions like your virtual world are not considering at all that 90% of people cannot see space- can't visualize so even tho you can do a dynamite virtual reality when they get to the empty space they feel let down and not connected. It blows my mind that when it comes to the largest investment people have and they want to get high ROI they skimp on the most valuable resource a trained certified professional stager! SMH
