An extreme renovation makeover for my clients teenagers bathroom. We expanded the footprint and upgraded all facets of the existing space. We selected a more mature, sophisticated, spa like vibe that fit her likes and needs, while maintaining a modern, subdued palette that was calming + inviting and showcased the sculptural elements in the room. There really was nowhere but up to go in this space.

This guest bath has a light and airy feel with an organic element and pop of color. The custom vanity is in a midtown jade aqua-green PPG paint Holy Glen. It provides ample storage while giving contrast to the white and brass elements. A playful use of mixed metal finishes gives the bathroom an up-dated look. The 3 light sconce is gold and black with glass globes that tie the gold cross handle plumbing fixtures and matte black hardware and bathroom accessories together. The quartz countertop has gold veining that adds additional warmth to the space. The acacia wood framed mirror with a natural interior edge gives the bathroom an organic warm feel that carries into the curb-less shower through the use of warn toned river rock. White subway tile in an offset pattern is used on all three walls in the shower and carried over to the vanity backsplash. The shower has a tall niche with quartz shelves providing lots of space for storing shower necessities. The river rock from the shower floor is carried to the back of the niche to add visual interest to the white subway shower wall as well as a black Schluter edge detail. The shower has a frameless glass rolling shower door with matte black hardware to give the this smaller bathroom an open feel and allow the natural light in. There is a gold handheld shower fixture with a cross handle detail that looks amazing against the white subway tile wall. With all the cabinets & counter space the homeowners said they have more room & storage in this bathroom than any of the others in the house. Even had space for a 3 slot laundry basket!

The shower features three shower niches defined by an aluminum titanium bronze trim.

This hall bathroom, once used by teens, needed a refresh now that these empty nesters use the space for guests. Previously, the space was divided into two rooms, one for the vanity and another for the toilet and shower area. We proposed removing the central wall between the two rooms to create a more open bathroom while filling the entire space with natural light. This double vanity and tall linen cabinet provide tons of storage, allowing the counters to stay clear, perfect for guests who might bring their own toiletries. Soft off-white cabinets coordinate with the porcelain floor tile, which allows the white shower tiles to pop. A bright, clean shower is accented by the blue penny-tile flooring and decorative leaf motif featured in the shower niche. The walls are painted a soft blue, creating the perfect balance of warm and cool tones in this refreshed hall bathroom.

Contrasting tile patterns and brass accents are the highlights of this gorgeous modern bathroom. The black-and-white Southwestern-style floor tile pairs perfectly with the black-and-white tile in the shower. The black, picket-style tile was used as a dramatic accent wall, while the shower floor is a muted version of the bold black-and-white floor tile. The brass shower fixtures, mirror, and light fixtures warmed up the black-and-white color pallet.

Modern blue and gold guest bathroom features a 24” navy blue vanity with white marble countertop, rectangular undermount sink and brushed bronze sink faucet. A frameless glass shower enclosure is finished with a light gray penny porcelain mosaic floor tile & white porcelain tile shower walls.

This little coastal bathroom is full of fun surprises. The NativeTrails shell vessel sink is our star. The blue toned herringbone shower wall tiles are interesting and lovely. The blues bring out the blue chips in the terrazzo flooring which reminds us of a sandy beach. The half glass panel keeps the room feeling spacious and open when bathing. The herringbone pattern on the beachy wood floating vanity connects to the shower pattern. We get a little bling with the copper mirror and vanity hardware. Fun baskets add a tidy look to the open linen closet. A once dark and generic guest bathroom has been transformed into a bright, welcoming, and beachy space that makes a statement.
