Schloegel Design Remodel
The lower cabinets are shaker style and painted in Sherwin Williams Naval while the upper cabinets are Sherwin Williams in Repose Gray. The exposed beams and window trim are the home's original. The island counter is monte cristo granite and the perimeter counters are fossil gray quartz.

A&E Construction and Design Center
Multi-room interior renovation. Our clients made beautiful selections throughout for their Craftsman style home. Kitchen includes, crisp, clean white shaker cabinets, oak wood flooring, subway tile, eat-in breakfast nook, stainless appliances, calcatta grey quartz counterops, and beautiful custom butcher block. Back porch converted to mudroom with locker storage, bench seating, and durable COREtec flooring. Two smaller bedrooms were converted into gorgeous master suite with newly remodeled master bath. Second story children's bathroom was a complete remodel including double pedestal sinks, porcelain flooring and new fixtures throughout.
Beautiful Habitat: Design & Decoration
The existing kitchen was completely remodeled to create a compact chef's kitchen. The client is a true chef, who teaches cooking classes, and we were able to get a professional grade kitchen in an 11x7 footprint, complete with an island!
The South wall is the exposed brick original to the 1900's home. To compliment the brick, we chose a warm nutmeg stain in cherry cabinets.
The retro pendants are oversized to add a lot of interest in this small space. The dining set adds rustic charm with a distressed and gray finish.

Sweeney Design Remodel
New custom cabinetry was installed with shaker-style cabinet doors in a beautiful antique green color. The cabinets were topped with striking black quartz countertops and completed with new commercial-grade appliances, chrome plumbing fixtures, and vintage pendant lights. New wood floors were installed and finished to match the existing wood floors throughout the first floor. Leveraging the talented skills of our lead carpenter, we were able to match the existing trim in the newly remodeled areas.

DK Homes
Uniquely situated on a double lot high above the river, this home stands proudly amongst the wooded backdrop. The homeowner's decision for the two-toned siding with dark stained cedar beams fits well with the natural setting. Tour this 2,000 sq ft open plan home with unique spaces above the garage and in the daylight basement.
Northwest Heritage Renovations
ADU kitchens are difficult to plan as you have to pack so much into such a tight space. We were able to accomplish a lot with this layout. We love the mini Bosch dishwashers and the Sharp Convection M/W Oven combo. It serves as the primary oven in this case whereas generally we use it as a supplemental oven if need be where we have a single 36" range. The drop-in electric cooktop has a sleek/flat design with minimal footprint in the kitchen and it's small hood conceals easily when not in use. We incorporated the open floating shelves to the right of the window not only to promote light in the space but to add a decorative element as well.
