The garden facing the bedroom was enclosed to create a private step-out that houses a custom-designed marble Jacuzzi. The walk-in closet and the ensuite bathroom, also enjoy views to the private garden, and are separated from the bedroom by an intricate brass art deco-inspired screen. The bathroom is clad in Statuario marble with a custom-designed vanity carved in a block of white Statuario with customised chrome fixtures. The shower sits as an insert adorned with a monochromatic marble inlay in a geometric pattern.

An active family of 5 enjoys this home addition, complete with an Endless Pools swimming machine. Installed partially in-ground, this 6-foot deep model is used by the parents for swimming in place and water aerobics, while the kids just enjoy year-round pool fun. Above on the mezzanine, they situated more fitness equipment, while the fireplace, seating, and tv are at the far end. So there's something for everyone in this family room!

A goal of designing and building projects like this is to add beauty to a client’s home; however, and more importantly, the goal is to provide space for great memories and family fun!
