This is a custom built sunroom that connected a detached garage to the house. The sunroom was elevated to be one step down from the first floor to facilitate entertaining. We installed two solatubes to let in the natural light.

Sunroom addition leads off the family room which is adjacent to the kitchen as viewed through the french doors. On entering the house one can see all the way back through these doors to the garden beyond. The existing recessed porch was enclosed and walls removed to form the family room space.

This is a Custom Designed and built 3 season room! Our clients wanted something cozy with lots of windows and made out of cedar for the inside. Where their kids could play in the winter and feel like they are outside but not cold and in the summer could take a break and keep cool inside but not all the way. Also a place where mom and dad could sit and relax and watch their children play outside along with a place for guest to enjoy when having them over.

Four Seasons Sunroom

This bright and inviting sitting room is an addition on to the home. Large windows and the French door pocket doors give the room an open and airy feel. The home’s red oak floors inlayed with mahogany continue through this space. What started as an addition project turned into a full house remodel in this Modern Craftsman home in Narberth, PA. The addition included the creation of a sitting room, family room, mudroom and third floor. As we moved to the rest of the home, we designed and built a custom staircase to connect the family room to the existing kitchen. We laid red oak flooring with a mahogany inlay throughout house. Another central feature of this is home is all the built-in storage. We used or created every nook for seating and storage throughout the house, as you can see in the family room, dining area, staircase landing, bedroom and bathrooms. Custom wainscoting and trim are everywhere you look, and gives a clean, polished look to this warm house.
