Dans cet appartement moderne de 86 m², l’objectif était d’ajouter de la personnalité et de créer des rangements sur mesure en adéquation avec les besoins de nos clients : le tout en alliant couleurs et design ! Dans l’entrée, un module bicolore a pris place pour maximiser les rangements tout en créant un élément de décoration à part entière. La salle de bain, aux tons naturels de vert et de bois, est maintenant très fonctionnelle grâce à son grand plan de toilette et sa buanderie cachée. Dans la chambre d’enfant, la peinture bleu profond accentue le coin nuit pour une ambiance cocooning. Pour finir, l’espace bureau ouvert sur le salon permet de télétravailler dans les meilleures conditions avec de nombreux rangements et une couleur jaune qui motive !

Both eclectic and refined, the bathrooms at our Summer Hill project are unique and reflects the owners lifestyle. Beach style, yet unequivocally elegant the floors feature encaustic concrete tiles paired with elongated white subway tiles. Aged brass taper by Brodware is featured as is a freestanding black bath and fittings and a custom made timber vanity.

Homeowner and GB General Contractors Inc had a long-standing relationship, this project was the 3rd time that the Owners’ and Contractor had worked together on remodeling or build. Owners’ wanted to do a small remodel on their 1970's brick home in preparation for their upcoming retirement. In the beginning "the idea" was to make a few changes, the final result, however, turned to a complete demo (down to studs) of the existing 2500 sf including the addition of an enclosed patio and oversized 2 car garage. Contractor and Owners’ worked seamlessly together to create a home that can be enjoyed and cherished by the family for years to come. The Owners’ dreams of a modern farmhouse with "old world styles" by incorporating repurposed wood, doors, and other material from a barn that was on the property. The transforming was stunning, from dark and dated to a bright, spacious, and functional. The entire project is a perfect example of close communication between Owners and Contractors.

Настольная раковина и стиральная машина под столешницей.

Ванная комната выдержана в таких же ахроматических цветах, как и весь интерьер. В помещении удалось вместить все – ванну, стиральную машину, которая устроилась под одну столешницу вместе с накладной раковиной, инсталляцию, с шкафчиками для мест хранения, сбоку от раковины также поместились открытые стеклянные полки для хранения косметических средств.

La salle d'eau comprend un grand espace douche de 120 X 80, devant la fenêtre. Sous le plan lavabo, est intégré le lave linge de petite profondeur sous plan de travail en bois clair.

Главной задачей в этом проекте было создание уюта в простой однокомнатной квартире. В качестве основного цвета был выбрать светло-серый, а акцентами добавили небольшие пятна темно-бирюзового и фуксии. В отделке использованы деревянные элементы, чтобы подчеркнуть «экологичность» интерьера и его лаконичность.
