3 Bedroom, 3 Bath, 1800 square foot farmhouse in the Catskills is an excellent example of Modern Farmhouse style. Designed and built by The Catskill Farms, offering wide plank floors, classic tiled bathrooms, open floorplans, and cathedral ceilings. Modern accent like the open riser staircase, barn style hardware, and clean modern open shelving in the kitchen. A cozy stone fireplace with reclaimed beam mantle.

A compact family bathroom was transformed with white subway tiles and a mostly neutral palette. The dark oak vanity and mirror cabinet provides a focal point, while sympathising with the anodised window joinery. Our Bathe bathroom renovation package ensures all of the family’s needs are met, without compromising on finish or quality.

This bathroom serves as both the bathroom for three bedrooms, but also as the main guest bathroom for the house. The homeowners wanted the bathroom to have a modern, cheery, and playful personality so brightly colored ceramic tiles in modern patterns were used for the shower surround and flooring. White walls, cabinets, and counters make the colors pop.

Subway tile was used to freshen up this guest bathroom. Along with a variety of oil rubbed bronze fixtures & finishes. The flooring was a herringbone porcelain mosaic.

Double Oak construction

This bathroom was carefully thought-out for great function and design for 2 young girls. We completely gutted the bathroom and made something that they both could grow in to. Using soft blue concrete Moroccan tiles on the floor and contrasted it with a dark blue vanity against a white palette creates a soft feminine aesthetic. The white finishes with chrome fixtures keep this design timeless.
