We transformed this 80's bathroom into a modern farmhouse bathroom! Black shower, grey chevron tile, white distressed subway tile, a fun printed grey and white floor, ship-lap, white vanity, black mirrors and lighting, and a freestanding tub to unwind in after a long day!

Over the island kitchen island panel, functional recessed lighting, and pendant lights provide that luxury air. Remarkable features such as the tile flooring, a tile shower, and an attractive screen door slider were used in the bathroom remodeling. The Feiss Mercer Oil-Rubbed Bronze Bathroom Vanity Light, which is well-blended to the Grey Shakers cabinet and Jeffrey Alexander Merrick Cabinet Pull in Matte Black serving as sink base cabinets, has become a centerpiece of this bathroom renovation.

Located withing an existing mid-century ranch house, we completely redesigned two existing small and dark interior spaces – a master bedroom and master bath. In the master bedroom we added a coffered ceiling and opened the view to the rearyard with a pair of black contemporary patio doors, which illuminate the space with natural light. In the master bath, we took an existing inefficient space and made it larger by eliminating interior walls and relocating all the existing plumbing fixtures. Because we were restricted with the existing footprint, we combined the free standing tub and shower within the same space – know as the “Shub”. The accent wall behind the free standing tub uses a white tile which mimicks ocean waves. Opposite the “Shub” we designed a free floating dual vanity and added a casement window to have a view of the rearyard. The new space is defined with clean crisp modern lines of the tile and plumbing fixtures

With distressed wood features & a white ship lap accent wall, this guest bath is a coastal oasis.

Each of the guest bathrooms has a built in space for stored towels and toiletries. This is the boys bunk room with bright blue penny tile playfully striping the shower walls.

This farmhouse master bath features industrial touches with the black metal light fixtures, hardware, custom shelf, and more. The cabinet door of this custom vanity are reminiscent of a barndoor. The cabinet is topped with a Quartz by Corian in Ashen Gray with integral Corian sinks The shower floor and backsplash boast a penny round tile in a gray and white pattern. Glass doors with black tracks and hardware finish the shower. The bathroom floors are finished with a Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) by Mannington.
