in this newly constructed home this small bathroom has many roles, glamorous powder bath, guest bath duty for the adjoining guest room bedrooms and with the only tub in the home, a spa like retreat for the lady of the house! Design solutions included a self deck tub installed with great precision so that the tub apron of horizontal stacked glass tile slips seamlessly under the tub lip, a custom bi-fold glass doors that folds upon itself and can be stacked against the wall allowing for an open bathing experience as well as providing splash protection for the shower and a simple vanity cabinet suspended beneath a waterfall counter. The concrete floor flows seamlessly from the main part of the home and provides the perfect textural backdrop for the sleek porcelain shower and wall tiles that have been vertically installed.

Michael Norpell's Wall To Wall
The building had a single stack running through the primary bath, so to create a double vanity, a trough sink was installed. Oversized hexagon tile makes this bathroom appear spacious, and ceramic textured like wood creates a zen-like spa atmosphere. Close attention was focused on the installation of the floor tile so that the zero-clearance walk-in shower would appear seamless throughout the space.

Clear glass frameless doors create an open, spacious look to make bathrooms look bigger with beauty and elegance.
Spaces Renewed
This 1970 original beach home needed a full remodel. All plumbing and electrical, all ceilings and drywall, as well as the bathrooms, kitchen and other cosmetic surfaces. The light grey and blue palate is perfect for this beach cottage. The modern touches and high end finishes compliment the design and balance of this space.

Working with a very small footprint we did everything to maximize the space in this master bathroom. Removing the original door to the bathroom, we widened the opening to 48" and used a sliding frosted glass door to let in additional light and prevent the door from blocking the only window in the bathroom.
Removing the original single vanity and bumping out the shower into a hallway shelving space, the shower gained two feet of depth and the owners now each have their own vanities!
