A cookie cutter developer three bedroom duplex was transformed into a four bedroom family friendly home complete with fine details and custom millwork. The sea glass tiles and marble combination creates a serene feel that is perfect for a smaller bath. The various techniques incorporated into the redesign create a sense of depth and space. Meanwhile, the abstract prints and the black pendant lighting add a slight edge to the room. A spa shower system and glass partition elevate the high-end feel of the space. A transplant from Maryland to New York City, my client wanted a true New York loft-living experience, to honor the history of the Flatiron District but also to make him feel at "home" in his newly adopted city. We replaced all the floors with reclaimed wood, gutted the kitchen and master bathroom and decorated with a mix of vintage and current furnishings leaving a comfortable but open canvas for his growing art collection.

The Powder room off the kitchen in a Mid Century modern home built by a student of Eichler. This Eichler inspired home was completely renovated and restored to meet current structural, electrical, and energy efficiency codes as it was in serious disrepair when purchased as well as numerous and various design elements being inconsistent with the original architectural intent of the house from subsequent remodels.

Ground floor WC cloakroom. We used a full length mirror on the one wall to reflect the feature wall opposite, this saved money on the mosaics and the tiling, but also allowed the light to be more effective.

This Luxury Bathroom is every home-owners dream. We created this masterpiece with the help of one of our top designers to make sure ever inches the bathroom would be perfect. We are extremely happy this project turned out from the walk-in shower/steam room to the massive Vanity. Everything about this bathroom is made for luxury!
