Une fois les volumes de gros œuvre définis, notre mission a été de concevoir les 250 m2 en termes d’agencement, de circulation, de matériaux, et de décoration. Le point central de notre réflexion s’est articulé autour d’un escalier en colimaçon, dessiné par Alexandre et sa coursive, reliant les 2 bâtiments. Open feel with with curbless shower entry and glass surround. This master bath suite has the feel of waves and the seaside while including luxury and function. The shower now has a curbless entry, large seat, glass surround and personalized niche. All new fixtures and lighting. Materials have a cohesive mix with accents of flat top pebbles, beach glass and shimmering glass tile. Large format porcelain tiles are on the walls in a wave relief pattern that bring the beach inside. The counter-top is stunning with a waterfall edge over the vanity in soft wisps of warm earth tones made of easy care engineered quartz. This homeowner now loves getting ready for their day.

Quick and easy update with to a full guest bathroom we did in conjunction with the owner's suite bathroom with Landmark Remodeling. We made sure that the changes were cost effective and still had a wow factor to them. We did a luxury vinyl plank to save money and did a tiled shower surround with decorative feature to heighten the finish level. We also did mixed metals and an equal balance of tan and gray to keep it from being trendy.

Wood cabinetry, earthy tile, and a neutral wall color create a lovely sanctuary out of this compact bathroom.

Step into this beautiful blue kid's bathroom and take in all the gorgeous chrome details. The double sink vanity features a high gloss teal lacquer finish and white quartz countertops. The blue hexagonal tiles in the shower mimick the subtle linear hexagonal tiles on the floor and give contrast to the organic wallpaper.

Adding double faucets in a wall mounted sink to this guest bathroom is such a fun way for the kids to brush their teeth. Keeping the walls white and adding neutral tile and finishes makes the room feel fresh and clean.

Full renovation of this is a one of a kind condominium overlooking the 6th fairway at El Macero Country Club. Gorgeous back in 1971 and now it's "spectacular spectacular!" This 1/2 bath makes you feel like you are at The Cosmopolitan. The vessel sink by MR Direct Sinks and Faucets is paired with a waterfall faucet in brushed nickel.
