His and her shower niches perfect for personal items. This niche is surround by a matte white 3x6 subway tile and features a black hexagon tile pattern on the inset.

The three-level Mediterranean revival home started as a 1930s summer cottage that expanded downward and upward over time. We used a clean, crisp white wall plaster with bronze hardware throughout the interiors to give the house continuity. A neutral color palette and minimalist furnishings create a sense of calm restraint. Subtle and nuanced textures and variations in tints add visual interest. The stair risers from the living room to the primary suite are hand-painted terra cotta tile in gray and off-white. We used the same tile resource in the kitchen for the island's toe kick.

Hier wurde die alte Bausubstanz aufgearbeitet aufgearbeitet und in bestimmten Bereichen auch durch Rigips mit Putz und Anstrich begradigt. Die Kombination Naturstein mit den natürlichen Materialien macht das Bad besonders wohnlich. Die Badmöbel sind aus Echtholz mit Natursteinfront und Pull-open-System zum Öffnen. Die in den Boden eingearbeiteten Lichtleisten setzen zusätzlich athmosphärische Akzente. Der an die Dachschräge angepasste Spiegel wurde bewusst mit einer Schattenfuge wandbündig eingebaut. Eine Downlightbeleuchtung unter der Natursteinkonsole lässt die Waschtischanlage schweben. Die Armaturen sind von VOLA. This guest bath use to be from the 70's with a bathtub and old oak vanity. This was a Jack and Jill bath so there use to be a door where the toilet now is and the toilet use to sit in front of the vanity under the window. We closed off the door and installed a contemporary toilet. We installed 18" travertine tiles on the floor and a contemporary Robern cabinet and medicine cabinet mirror with lots of storage and frosted glass sliding doors. The bathroom idea started when I took my client shopping and she fell in love with the pounded stainless steel vessel sink. We found a faucet that worked like a joy stick and because she is a pilot she thought that was a fun idea. The countertop is a travertine remnant I found. The bathtub was replaced with a walk in shower using a wave pattern tile for the back wall. We did a frameless glass shower enclosure with a hand held shower faucet
