The homeowners wanted to improve the layout and function of their tired 1980’s bathrooms. The master bath had a huge sunken tub that took up half the floor space and the shower was tiny and in small room with the toilet. We created a new toilet room and moved the shower to allow it to grow in size. This new space is far more in tune with the client’s needs. The kid’s bath was a large space. It only needed to be updated to today’s look and to flow with the rest of the house. The powder room was small, adding the pedestal sink opened it up and the wallpaper and ship lap added the character that it needed

A great way to unwind or kickstart your day is by using an uplifting bathroom. This bathroom refresh is modern and airy, with shower tiles that add just the right amount of color while keeping it light. The brass hardware in the shower and chandelier add interest, while the simple vanity with wood cabinet doors provides warmth.

When one thing leads to another...and another...and another... This fun family of 5 humans and one pup enlisted us to do a simple living room/dining room upgrade. Those led to updating the kitchen with some simple upgrades. (Thanks to Superior Tile and Stone) And that led to a total primary suite gut and renovation (Thanks to Verity Kitchens and Baths). When we were done, they sold their now perfect home and upgraded to the Beach Modern one a few galleries back. They might win the award for best Before/After pics in both projects! We love working with them and are happy to call them our friends. We loved creating this custom tile layout for this gorgeous master bathroom. The image showcases a chic and contemporary bathroom vanity area with a focus on clean lines and monochromatic tones. The vanity cabinet features a textured front with vertical grooves, painted in a crisp white that contrasts with the sleek black handles and faucet. This combination of black and white creates a bold, graphic look that is both modern and timeless. Above the vanity, a round mirror with a thin black frame reflects the clean aesthetic of the space, complementing the other black accents. The wall behind the vanity is partially tiled with white subway tiles, adding a classic bathroom touch that meshes well with the contemporary features.
