Carney Properties & Investment Group did it again! This beautiful home they have created features an expansive open floor plan, an absolutely to-die-for view, and luxurious interior features that will surely captivate. Lovely home, great job! As you can see our kitchen is a single wall design with a large island for entertaining and meal preparation, and features a two-tone color combo that is becoming ever so popular. The large one-plane island is becoming a standard design these days over the raised bar top style, as it provides one large working surface if needed, as well as keeps the room open and does not partition the kitchen and the living room, allowing for a more free-flowing entertainment space. The bathrooms take a more elegant, transitional approach over the contemporary kitchen, definitely giving off a spa-like feel in each. The master bathroom boasts a beautifully tiled shower area, which compliments the white cabinetry and black countertops very well, and definitely makes for a grand impression when entering. The classical Carrera marble look in a modern layout. Hex mosaic tiles for the floor and shower pan. A hidden drain unit with tiles imbedded in it. Subway layout of 3x6 Carrera tiles with 5/8" pencil liner for the trim lines and corners. A vertical chevron style Carrera mosaic 12x12 pieces right in the center of the plumbing fixtures to act as the center piece of this bathroom. Two matching sizes his\hers shampoo niches perfectly positioned in symmetrically opposite the plumbing wall.

Client previously had a standard pre-fab molded shower with a curtain. She asked for a complete upgrade with full length glass doors, stone/pebble floor, porcelain wall tile with accent of iridescent glass mosaic tile. Fixtures and hardware are in a satin brass finish.

This bathroom is teeny tiny, and we couldn't change the original footprint. But using quality materials and light finishes made it feel new and bright, and perfectly suited to the elegance of the house. Beveled white tile, lots of Carrara marble, polished nickel fixtures, and period sconces all played a role in this spectacular facelift.

This white and black powder bathroom is accented with a decorative porcelain tile wall set in a straight stack to create a chevron pattern. The tile wall is the feature of this compact space. Installing the tiles from floor to ceiling draws the eye up to the high ceilings. This floating vanity has black painted cabinets with white quartz countertops. This powder bathroom now packs a punch.

Guest Bathroom with a stained furniture shaker flat panel style vanity welcomes any guest. A traditional 2" hex tile floor adds interest of a black/brown color to the room. Black & bronze mixed fixtures coordinate for a warm black look.

A contemporary black and white guest bathroom with a pop of gold is striking and stunning. The high design will impress your guests. Floating matte black shake cabinet makes the bathroom pop even more off set by the pearl fantasy granite counter top make this a bold yet timeless design.

The kids bathroom has a custom teal double vanity and black matte faucets. Above the vanity are black penny tiles that coordinate with the black and white patterned accent wall in the shower. The flooring is a soft cream and gray porcelain tile and the countertops are white quartz.

Luxuriance. The master bathroom is fit for a king with tones of black and natural wood throughout.

A black tile skirt around the grey, black and white patterned floor. Above this, a subway gloss white beveled edge tile dressed all the walls from floor to ceiling. A black curved border tile drew the eye down from the ceiling and created a bold horizontal line around the room. Though the contrast could have been potentially very harsh, the soft contour to the tile, and the beveled edges, and the patterns, were composed in a way that was balanced and harmonious. The combination was delicate and feminine, and bright and beautiful.
