Behind the rolling hills of Arthurs Seat sits “The Farm”, a coastal getaway and future permanent residence for our clients. The modest three bedroom brick home will be renovated and a substantial extension added. The footprint of the extension re-aligns to face the beautiful landscape of the western valley and dam. The new living and dining rooms open onto an entertaining terrace. The distinct roof form of valleys and ridges relate in level to the existing roof for continuation of scale. The new roof cantilevers beyond the extension walls creating emphasis and direction towards the natural views.

This sleek modern tile master bath was designed to allow the customers to continue to age in place for years to come easily. Featuring a roll-in tile shower with large tile bench, tiled toilet area, 3 pc North Point White shaker cabinetry to create a custom look and beautiful black Quartz countertop with undermount sink. The old, dated popcorn ceiling was removed, sanded and skim coated for a smooth finish. This bathroom is unusual in that it's mostly waterproof. Waterproofing systems installed in the shower, on the entire walking floor including inside the closet and waterproofing treatment 1/2 up the walls under the paint. White penny tie shower floor makes a nice contrast to the dark smoky glass tile ribbon. Our customer will be able to enjoy epic water fights with the grandsons in this bathroom with no worry of leaking. Wallpaper and final finishes to be installed by the customer per their request.

Our clients wanted us to expand their bathroom to add more square footage and relocate the plumbing to rearrange the flow of the bathroom. We crafted a custom built in for them in the corner for storage and stained it to match a vintage dresser they found that they wanted us to convert into a vanity. We fabricated and installed a black countertop with backsplash lip, installed a gold mirror, gold/brass fixtures, and moved lighting around in the room. We installed a new fogged glass window to create natural light in the room. The custom black shower glass was their biggest dream and accent in the bathroom, and it turned out beautifully! We added marble wall tile with black schluter all around the room! We added custom floating shelves with a delicate support bracket.

Gorgeous Master Bathroom remodel. We kept most of the original layout but removed a small linen closet, a large jetted tub, and a fiberglass shower. We enlarged the shower area to include a built in seat and wall niche. We framed in for a drop in soaking tub and completely tiled that half of the room from floor to ceiling and installed a large mirror to help give the room an even larger feel. The cabinets were designed to have a center pantry style cabinet to make up for the loss of the linen closet. We installed large format porcelain on the floor and a 4x12 white porcelain subway tile for the shower, tub, and walls. The vanity tops, ledges, curb, and seat are all granite. All of the fixtures are a flat black modern style and a custom glass door and half wall panel was installed. This Master Bathroom is pure class!

This Master Bathroom, Bedroom and Closet remodel was inspired with Asian fusion. Our client requested her space be a zen, peaceful retreat. This remodel Incorporated all the desired wished of our client down to the smallest detail. A nice soaking tub and walk shower was put into the bathroom along with an dark vanity and vessel sinks. This very small bathroom was visually expanded by removing the tub/shower curtain at the end of the room and replacing it with a full-width dual shower/steamshower. A tub-fill spout was installed to serve as a baby tub filler/toddler "shower." The pedestal trough sink was used to open up the floor space, and an art deco cabinet was modified to a minimal depth to hold other bathroom essentials. The medicine cabinet is custom-made, has two receptacles in it, and is 8" deep.
