Every space has maximized storage. A trash can, tall storage and a divided drawer make this one useful cabinet.

This was a complete full bath renovation in July 2020. This home was built in 1935, it’s located on Marion Ave, in Grant Park, Atlanta, Georgia. The client came to me wanting a complete makeover of the bathroom that combined aesthetics and utility. This house had been expanded in the past, and this bath was probably added at some point; because of the age of the home, I had no idea what to expect! The full bathroom has a tub, shower, vanity, and toilet, all nestled in 30 sq. foot of space. The client needed an update to include special accommodations for her aging parents; fixtures adjusted in height for the taller guests or people in her family; and most importantly, a more comfortable, updated environment.
This renovation was designed by Heidi Reis of Abode Agency LLC who serves clients in Atlanta including but not limited to Intown neighborhoods such as: Grant Park, Inman Park, Midtown, Kirkwood, Candler Park, Lindberg area, Martin Manor, Brookhaven, Buckhead, Decatur, and Avondale Estates.

Extra storage was created in this bathroom remodel with custom cabinets. The 6" deep recessed medicine cabinet has tons of storage. The base cabinet hides a laundry chute and the full height cabinet provides towel, bath toy and overflow storage.

This client was very open to fun designs but wanted to make sure it had a messaging tub, and that it felt like they were at the beach. Mission accomplished! We did put natural wood tones along with fun large artisan blue tiles for their walk-in shower. Along with rock details to bring in the feel aspect of the beach. And finally a coastal wallpaper in their water closet!

The new primary bath is a sight to behold, featuring elegant natural walnut wall-hung cabinetry, open shelving, and a cozy bench seat. The highlight is the stunning feature wall adorned with cornflower blue Dahlia Sonoma Tile. The redesign allowed for the addition of a separate toilet and shower room, alongside a dedicated dressing area boasting exquisite handmade mirrored cabinetry for ample clothing storage.
