Full renovation of this is a one of a kind condominium overlooking the 6th fairway at El Macero Country Club. Gorgeous back in 1971 and now it's "spectacular spectacular!" This 1/2 bath makes you feel like you are at The Cosmopolitan. The vessel sink by MR Direct Sinks and Faucets is paired with a waterfall faucet in brushed nickel. The frost glass cubed pendant lights are by Tech Lighting. Countertop is Caearstone in Organic White. Backsplash is Versace Decori Riga/Axel Bianco Satinato Plantino. The custom cabinet is a stained Maple.

After reviving their kitchen, this couple was ready to tackle the master bathroom by getting rid of some Venetian plaster and a built in tub, removing fur downs and a bulky shower surround, and just making the entire space feel lighter, brighter, and bringing into a more mid-century style space. The cabinet is a freestanding furniture piece that we allowed the homeowner to purchase themselves to save a little bit on cost, and it came with prefabricated with a counter and undermount sinks. We installed 2 floating shelves in walnut above the commode to match the vanity piece. The faucets are Hansgrohe Talis S widespread in chrome, and the tub filler is from the same collection. The shower control, also from Hansgrohe, is the Ecostat S Pressure Balance with a Croma SAM Set Plus shower head set. The gorgeous freestanding soaking tub if from Jason - the Forma collection. The commode is a Toto Drake II two-piece, elongated. Tile was really fun to play with in this space so there is a pretty good mix. The floor tile is from Daltile in their Fabric Art Modern Textile in white. We kept is fairly simple on the vanity back wall, shower walls and tub surround walls with an Interceramic IC Brites White in their wall tile collection. A 1" hex on the shower floor is from Daltile - the Keystones collection. The accent tiles were very fun to choose and we settled on Daltile Natural Hues - Paprika in the shower, and Jade by the tub. The wall color was updated to a neutral Gray Screen from Sherwin Williams, with Extra White as the ceiling color.

Bailey's Cabinets Bathroom Vanity

Great wallpaper can transform an ordinary, small space into a WOW space. We used a jungle dream wallpaper from Aimee Wilder to pack a punch in this tiny powder room. Dark wall hung cabinets and a crisp white counter top let the wallpaper shine. Brass plumbing fixtures from Rejuvination and lighting fixtures with a modern vibe from Cedar and Moss add luxurious, contemporary touches. Large contemporary style custom master bathroom suite in American University Park in NW Washington DC designed with Amish built custom cabinets. Floating vanity cabinets with marble counter and vanity ledge. Gold faucet fixtures with wall mounted vanity faucets and a concrete tile accent wall, floor to ceiling. Large 2 person walk in shower with tiled linear drain and subway tile throughout. Marble tiled floors in herringbone pattern.

We selected a floating vanity for the lower level bathroom with ample storage or organization for the clients items. The vanity was designed with outlets so that tools can be plugged in and ready to use without resting on the countertop.
