This project included a reconfiguration of the second story, including a new bathroom and walk-in closet for the primary suite. We brought in ample light with multiple skylights, added coziness with a fireplace, and used rich materials for a result that feels luxurious and reflects the personality of the stylish homeowners.

This is a New Construction project where clients with impeccable sense of design created a highly functional, relaxing and beautiful space. This Manhattan beach custom home showcases a modern kitchen and exterior that invites an openness to the Californian indoor/ outdoor lifestyle. In this project the owner wanted to have a space for him and his wife to age into or be able to sell to anyone in any stage of their lives.

The powder bath floating vanity is wrapped with Cambria’s “Ironsbridge” pattern with a bottom white oak shelf for any out-of-sight extra storage needs. The vanity is combined with gold plumbing, a tall splash to ceiling backlit mirror, and a dark gray linen wallpaper to create a sophisticated and contrasting powder bath.

3 Bedroom, 3 Bath, 1800 square foot farmhouse in the Catskills is an excellent example of Modern Farmhouse style. Designed and built by The Catskill Farms, offering wide plank floors, classic tiled bathrooms, open floorplans, and cathedral ceilings. Modern accent like the open riser staircase, barn style hardware, and clean modern open shelving in the kitchen. A cozy stone fireplace with reclaimed beam mantle.

Complete Master Bathroom remodel... Warm wood look tile, with walk-in shower featuring 3 shower heads plus rain head. freestanding bathtub, wall mounted faucets, vessel sinks and floating vanity.

The sheer height of the Master Bath with the ship lap Ceiling in Sky Blue gives the room a very nautical look. We repeated the octagonal look of the ceiling on the floor using ceramic weathered plank flooring.
