A uniquely modern but down-to-earth Tribeca loft. With an emphasis in organic elements, artisanal lighting, and high-end artwork, we designed a sophisticated interior that oozes a lifestyle of serenity. The kitchen boasts a stunning open floor plan with unique custom features. A wooden banquette provides the ideal area to spend time with friends and family, enjoying a casual or formal meal. With a breakfast bar was designed with double layered countertops, creating space between the cook and diners. The rest of the home is dressed in tranquil creams with high contrasting espresso and black hues. Contemporary furnishings can be found throughout, which set the perfect backdrop to the extraordinarily unique pendant lighting. Project Location: New York. This its a guest bathroom to savor your time in. The vast shower enclosure begs to be lingered within for hours! A pair of closets and element of a previous bathroom formed this large jack and jill bath. We featured a 3-dimensional wave wall tile at an oversize format of 13” x 40”. Brushed fantasy white stone with heavy grey veining, wraps the shower seating and countertop.

Pasadena, CA - Complete Bathroom Addition to an Existing House For this Master Bathroom Addition to an Existing Home, we first framed out the home extension, and established a water line for Bathroom. Following the framing process, we then installed the drywall, insulation, windows and rough plumbing and rough electrical. After the room had been established, we then installed all of the tile; shower enclosure, backsplash and flooring. Upon the finishing of the tile installation, we then installed all of the sliding barn door, all fixtures, vanity, toilet, lighting and all other needed requirements per the Bathroom Addition.

Guest Room bathroom remodel was done in a tropical mosaic glass tile on one wall with a large niche, Italian ceramic tile on floor and walls, white vanity with granite countertop, chrome faucets and door pulls.

In the master bathroom, the large curbless walk-in shower has the most unique niche. It resembles a design point as you come into the room, but on the inside of the shower, it has shelves and is the niche. The fixtures are the newest from Kohler with a rain shower head.
