This remodeled bathroom included installation of recessed shower shelf, shower head, toilet, glass shower door, tiled shower walls and tiled flooring.

Shower.

Medallion Cherry Devonshire in French Roast. The countertop is Ventia Cream quartz with two rectangular undermount sinks. Ventia Cream quartz is also installed on the tub deck and shower threshold. Moen Brantford light fixtures in oil rubbed bronze. The Moen Wynford collection in oil rubbed bronze includes the faucets, towel bars and paper holder. In the shower is Moen Rothbury shower system in oil rubbed bronze. On the floor is Cava Bianco 122x24 field tile. The shower walls are SW Lab Natural Gloss 3x12 field tile accented with Crystal Shores Copper Coastal lineal tile. On the shower floor is Cava Bianco 2x2 mosaic tile.

Guest Room bathroom remodel was done in a tropical mosaic glass tile on one wall with a large niche, Italian ceramic tile on floor and walls, white vanity with granite countertop, chrome faucets and door pulls.

In the master bathroom, the large curbless walk-in shower has the most unique niche. It resembles a design point as you come into the room, but on the inside of the shower, it has shelves and is the niche. The fixtures are the newest from Kohler with a rain shower head.

The Homeowner have been updating their home over the years, and decided it was time to have their master bathroom remodeled. They wanted something that would be timeless and that they could enjoy. Being in the trade business himself, Mr. was very capable of completing some of the work himself. We worked together to give the Homeowner the master bathroom that met their vision. We enlarged the shower, creating space to have a bench comfortably, provided more storage with cabinetry, and removed their drop-in tub for an elegant free-standing tub. In the shower, the unique feature here was the pebble flooring and waterfall accent tile along the backside wall. The space came together, brightening up the bathroom and making it a place where they can enjoy!

The cabinetry in this bathroom was completely re-worked, with additional storage provided in an over-the-toilet cabinet and an updated linen cabinet with convenient shelving and a hamper. The new vanity matches the raised-panel style, with deep storage drawers and cabinets below the new sink. Above the vanity is a large, beveled-edge mirror and decorative lighting, providing a modern look. Sleek crown moulding, fresh paint, and strategically placed LED can lights create a high-end finish and sense of completion. You’ll notice that the floor tiles in this bathroom are also laid at a 45-degree angle, just as in the first bathroom. Small bathroom renovation. Converted from an old outdated bathroom to a modern/contemporary bathroom.

We created a new shower with flat pan and infinity drain, the drain is not visible and looks like a thin line along with the shower opening. Easy handicap access shower with bench and portable shower head. Vanity didn’t get replaced, new quartz countertop with new sinks added. Heated floors and fresh paint made that room warm and beautiful.
