For this knock down rebuild in the Canberra suburb of O'Connor the interior design aesethic was modern and sophisticated. A monochrome palette of marble hexagon tiles paired with soft grey tiles and black and gold tap wear have been used in this bathroom.

This home features two powder bathrooms. This basement level powder bathroom, off of the adjoining gameroom, has a fun modern aesthetic. The navy geometric wallpaper and asymmetrical layout provide an unexpected surprise. Matte black plumbing and lighting fixtures and a geometric cutout on the vanity doors complete the modern look.

A weathered concrete cross-over look, Adura® Max "Meridian" luxury vinyl plank flooring infuses interiors with an upscale urban feel. Its textured surface mixes light and shadow, smooth and rough with time-worn detail. Available in 6" planks and 4 colors (Porcelain shown here).

The master bathroom opens to the outdoor shower and the built-in soaking tub is surrounded by windows overlooking the master courtyard garden and outdoor shower. The flooring is marble hexagon tile, the shower walls are marble subway tile and the counter tops are also polished marble. The vanity cabinet is black shaker with drop-in sinks and brushed nickel widespread faucets. The black mirrors compliment the black shaker cabinets and the black windows. Several house plants add greenery and life to the space.
