Bathrooms by Oldham was engaged to re-design the bathroom providing the much needed functionality, storage and space whilst keeping with the style of the apartment.

The wall in the entry hall is now beautifully done in a Venetian finish - red was selected as an accent wall to compliment the touches of red in the living room. New wall sconces were selected (Houzz); the art - which was previously over the fireplace in his former home - was placed on the wall. The bench cushion was reupholstered and pillows were placed on the bench to soften the look. A lovely introduction to his special home.

Il bagno padronale, annesso come dicevamo alla camera da letto, comprende un sistema di contenitori sospesi in nicchia, con lavabo in appoggio, più un sistema di pensili con anta a specchio, caratterizzati da un doppio profilo luminoso integrato, inferiore e superiore. La luce con effetto wall-washed permette di valorizzare il rivestimento a parete, in gres porcellanato, con un disegno monocromo a bassorilievo, che simula un tessuto antico e conferisce una nota romantica e femminile alla stanza da bagno. I rivestimenti coordinati in gres porcellanato, a pavimento ed a parete, mantengono la paletta di colori che sposa un beige - cipria neutro. When a large family renovated a home nestled in the foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains, all bathrooms received dazzling upgrades, but none more so than this sweet and beautiful bathroom for their nine year-old daughter who is crazy for every Disney heroine or Princess. We laid down a floor of sparkly white Thassos marble edged with a mother of pearl mosaic. Every space can use something shiny and the mirrored vanity, gleaming chrome fixtures, and glittering crystal light fixtures bring a sense of glamour. And light lavender walls are a gorgeous contrast to a Thassos and mother of pearl floral mosaic in the shower. This is one lucky little Princess! Photos by: Bernardo Grijalva
