Moved toilet across bathroom to make room for a larger vanity and allow space for a tall cabinet for lots of storage. Deep green/gray painted walls richen the space. Gray and white granite adds pattern and interest to the bathroom.

This gorgeous owner’s bath suite was transformed into a luxe retreat, complete with an inviting soaking tub with a floor-mounted tub spout that makes you feel like you’re next to a waterfall. The stale, dark vibe of this 1980s bathroom has been replaced with a modern, crisp aesthetic featuring white wood cabinets set against soft neutral gray walls, contemporary brushed nickel finishes and beautiful LVP plank flooring in warm woods tones.
This couple has his-and-her built in vanities. White recessed panel doors and drawers. Cambria quartz countertop and shower wall.

This traditional style bathroom design proves how important it is to utilize all available storage solutions in any size bathroom. The compact design includes a small, furniture like vanity cabinet with an Acadia quartz countertop, accented by a Kohler Bancroft faucet in polished nickel with ceramic handles. A mirrored medicine cabinet and narrow open shelves next to the tub provide additional storage, with a robe hook, towel bars, and towel ring offering hanging space. The Kohler Archer integral apron bathtub is surrounded by Siena gray porcelain tile, and includes grab bars.

After tearing out the over-sized and virtually unused bathtub we were able to provide the client with an open walk in shower with no door, resulting in the spacious shower she had always wanted.

The vanity cabinet is from DeWil's Custom Cabinetry, from their frameless Horizon line. The Sirius door style is in a Walnut wood, in DeWil's Caffe stain option. This door style, wood and stain color as in the master bath area.
We decided to tile the vanity counter with the same Bedrosain Tile Athena/ Color: Ash and grout it with Latictrete Spectralock Epoxy grout for easy maintenance.
Cabinet-S-Top
In this bathroom, the vanity was updated with a new Soapstone Metropolis quartz countertop with a 4” backsplash. Includes 2 Kohler Caxton undermount sinks. A Robert Flat Beveled Mirrored Medicine cabinet. Moen Wynford collection in Brushed Nickel includes 2 shower spa systems with 4 body sprays, handheld faucet, tub filler, paper holder, towel rings, robe hook. A Toto Aquia toilet color: Cotton. A Barclay Mystique 59” tub in white. A Custom Semi-frameless bypass Platinum Riviera Euro shower door. The tile in the shower is Moroccan Concrete 12x24 off white for the shower walls; Cultura Pebble Mosaic – Autumn for the shower floor and niches. An LED Trulux light with 3 zone touch plate for the shower ledge was installed. A heated towel bar. A Moen Eva 3 Bulb light in brushed nickel. On the floor is Mannington Swiss Oak-Almond luxury vinyl tile.
Medina Exteriors & Remodeling
We gave the Chris an Sarah master bathroom an update by keeping the same location of everything but removing their large podium jetted tub and replacing it with an elegant free standing tub and faucet; removing their fiberglass surround shower and replacing with a deep tiled shower with bypass glass doors; and removing the carpeted/true tile section and installing luxury vinyl plank throughout. To make the space more unique, on top of their vanities we installed an open shelving counter cabinet with 2 drawers. Chris and Sarah did a great job of adding their touches on at the end with bathroom mats, touches of blue & grey towels, the hanging vanity mirrors (they supplied), and other nick knack décor.
