This was a small, enclosed shower in this Master Bathroom. We wanted to give all the glitz and glam this homeowner deserved and make this small space feel larger. We achieved this by running the same wall tile in the shower as the sink wall. It was a tight budget that we were able to make work with real and faux marble mixed together in a clever way. We kept everything light and in cool colors to give that luxurious spa feel.

Refreshed this bathroom space by brightening it up with lighter paint, and brighter vanity light. By simply updating lighting, vanity, mirror, and paint it gave a whole new life to the bathroom.

The bathroom was transformed with a multitude of materials. Our client has a strong affinity for nature. However, we wanted to maintain a spa feel in the space. Therefore, we incorporated a serene sage green paint on the walls and a stone patterned porcelain on the accent wall in hues of sage, blue and assorted neutrals. These elements combined with the cement tile flooring (also picked up in the shower niche) have a nature-inspired feel without being too literal. The rich stain on the custom vanity and linen cabinet also brings a sense of the outdoors into space while the polished nickel finishes and white color palette throughout create a crisp and sophisticated finish. This home in a popular neighborhood close to Arizona State University dates probably to just before "mid-century and now has all NEW Fixtures and Finishes. The room was gutted and a new bathroom created. The goal of the project was to have a bathroom for this 1940's cottage that looked like it could be original but, was clean and fresh and healthy. Actually the windows and millwork and door openings are all original. The fixtures and finishes selected were to be in character with the decade in which the home was built which means the look is more World War II era and cottage / bungalow in ambiance. All this was softly and gently dramatized with the use and design of the 2 tone tile in creamy white and soft gray tiles throughout.
