This beautiful bathroom draws inspiration from the warmth of mediterranean design. Our brave client confronted colour to form this rich palette and deliver a glamourous space.

The owners of this home came to us with a plan to build a new high-performance home that physically and aesthetically fit on an infill lot in an old well-established neighborhood in Bellingham. The Craftsman exterior detailing, Scandinavian exterior color palette, and timber details help it blend into the older neighborhood. At the same time the clean modern interior allowed their artistic details and displayed artwork take center stage. We started working with the owners and the design team in the later stages of design, sharing our expertise with high-performance building strategies, custom timber details, and construction cost planning. Our team then seamlessly rolled into the construction phase of the project, working with the owners and Michelle, the interior designer until the home was complete. The owners can hardly believe the way it all came together to create a bright, comfortable, and friendly space that highlights their applied details and favorite pieces of art. The master bath was reconfigured to accommodate two separate sinks and a shower with floor to ceiling marble tile and onyx base. Lightly embossed ceramic tiles on the floor gave subtle texture balanced with the rich cherry cabinets.

A simple change of offsetting your tiles can make a great impact, creating a feature that is "just enough" for your space. Sleek, frameless shower enclosure with rain shower head and glass louvres to keep the air flowing.

This remodel called for increased storage and updated finishes while maintaining the room's dual functionality as a bathroom and laundry room. By stacking the washer and dryer and relocating the vanity, this remodel opened up a lot of space. With the new layout, we were able to add more storage with dark espresso cabinets, and a folding center next to a stainless steel utility sink. An industrial style drying rack was mounted on the ceiling above the new vanity to add even more practical functionality to the space.

What a difference! The bathroom looks fantastic. I has a clean modern look with a more practical layout, extra cabinetry and room for the washing machine at the end of the bath. Carrara tiles completely cover the walls which gives is a very elegant look.
