The focal wall of this powder room features a multi-textural pattern of Goya limestone planks with complimenting Goya field tile for the side walls. The floating polished Vanilla Onyx vanity solidifies the design, creating linear movement. The up-lighting showcases the natural characteristics of this beautiful onyx slab. Moca Cream limestone was used to unify the design. We are please to announce that this powder bath was selected as Bath of the Year by San Diego Home and Garden!

PALO ALTO ACCESSIBLE BATHROOM Designed for accessibility, the hall bathroom has a curbless shower, floating cast concrete countertop and a wide door. The same stone tile is used in the shower and above the sink, but grout colors were changed for accent. Single handle lavatory faucet. Not seen in this photo is the tiled seat in the shower (opposite the shower bar) and the toilet across from the vanity. The grab bars, both in the shower and next to the toilet, also serve as towel bars. Erlenmeyer mini pendants from Hubbarton Forge flank a mirror set in flush with the stone tile. For this ski-in, ski-out mountainside property, the intent was to create an architectural masterpiece that was simple, sophisticated, timeless and unique all at the same time. The clients wanted to express their love for Japanese-American craftsmanship, so we incorporated some hints of that motif into the designs. The highlight of the master bathroom is the mosaic wall tile, a polished onyx and marble design of peaceful floating lily pads, symbolic of nature’s restorative properties. Unique copper fixtures warm up the space while chromatically integrating with the home’s walnut woods, with the walnut cabinetry and open shelving, and nicely complement the dual-finish mocha tub and the black quartzite shower slab. The slab is book matched, creating a stunning effect. Flooring and sinks in matching limestone, curved vanity mirrors and onyx with bronze sconces complete the contemporary design. Functional additions include towel warmers, fog-free shaving shower mirror, steam shower and heated floors.

The tub and fixtures are from Kohler and bold white hexagon tiles add an interesting, classic touch.

This is a small bathroom off the master bedroom. Becuase of the small space we put in a 48x48 tile shower and heated floors. A glass wall was used to help make the space feel bigger.

For this Woolwich master bathroom, Salt interiors created a floating vanity in Louro Preto timber veneer with mitered corners to shows the perfect book match joins. The mirrored shave cabinets were created to provide enough storage to keep his and hers separate.
