A Kirkwood, MO couple needed to remodel their condo bathroom to be easily accessible for the husband in his power chair. The original bathroom had become an obstacle course and they needed a streamlined, efficient space.
Mounted to the gray Onyx shower surround is a Blue Ocean 52" Stainless Steel Thermostatic Shower Panel with a rainfall shower head and 8 adjustable nozzles.

What struck us strange about this property was that it was a beautiful period piece but with the darkest and smallest kitchen considering it's size and potential. We had a quite a few constrictions on the extension but in the end we managed to provide a large bright kitchen/dinning area with direct access to a beautiful garden and keeping the 'new ' in harmony with the existing building. We also expanded a small cellar into a large and functional Laundry room with a cloakroom bathroom.

This is a view of His Master Bath. This space is designed for accessiblity and aging in place: decorative grab bars, wheelchair accessible shower, folding shower door, folding shower seat, etc.
The cabinets are maple, the counter tops quartz, the floor Forbo Marmoleum, and the custom tri-folding shower door is low iron satin glass.

A SMALL CONVENIENCE
Streamlining space furnishes this super small powder room with all the amenities one might need. A wall hung dual flush low flow toilet offers extra leg room plus makes cleaning the floor a breeze. The slender sink is sized big enough for hand cleansing. Overhead, the small transom window brightens a room that by its measurements should seem cramped. Yet thanks to clean, efficient design, it feels just right.

This outdoor living environment with gardens, pool and social areas overlooks the surrounding vineyard, serving as a center for family gatherings and entertaining. The new pool house blends with the existing residence and features changing and bathing rooms, an outdoor kitchen and fire place. Terraced retaining walls contain planter beds for edible gardens. Furniture was selected for climate, comfort and outdoor leisure; adding to the feel of a resort spa.
