Guest bathroom / kids bathroom that was modernized a bit in style but still preserved some classical items so not to stray to far away from the houses original style.
The floor is matte finish marble, same marble continues also on the pony wall and the shower dam.
The shower is a walk-in shower since the space is limited and a door swinging will block the space.
The vanity is made out of walnut and its completely custom made.

While the bathroom has plenty of space, the clients wanted to update they style to better suit their tastes and capture the ocean and sky views. We removed a water closet from the outside wall that obstructed views (far end) also allowing the vanity mirrors to reflect the spectacular view. Adding a curbless shower will allow for aging in place. Flooring: Mother-of-pearl shower floor and light blue, laser cut marble inlay in the center of the floor.

bench seat and safety grab bars are a stunning and practical addition to any home. The modern design of the bathroom provides a timeless aesthetic that is both beautiful and functional. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the renovation. From the wall alcove shower with a bench seat and safety grab bars to the sleek marble mosaic tile, every detail is carefully considered and executed with precision.
The marble mosaic tile adds a touch of elegance to the space, while the wall alcove shower with a bench seat and safety grab bars provides both beauty and practicality. The shower is designed with safety in mind, making it ideal for individuals with limited mobility or those who require additional support while bathing.
The use of high-quality materials throughout the renovation ensures that the bathroom will withstand the test of time. The marble mosaic tile is not only beautiful but also highly durable, while the safety grab bars are constructed from high-quality materials and designed to last.

The bathroom was completely redone, with a new walk-in shower replacing an old tub and tile. The room is now open and airy, with a full glass enclosed shower.
Popping blues and teals in the wallpaper continue the color scheme throughout the house, a more subtle floor with azure celeste and tazzo marble tie in blues and white.
Wainscoting was added for a clean and classic look. A tailored pedestal sink is simple and chic, and highlights the champagne finish fixtures. A mod custom colored sconce adds whimsy to the space.

A guest bath in a vintage home is updated with classic blue and white Carrara Marble surfaces. An awkwardly placed jetted tub is replaced with a walk in shower and tiled in Blue Carrara Marble. The custom designed marble vanity complements the formality and charm of the home. Aged mirrored sconces , a gracefully shaped mirror and luxurious Polished Nickel plumbing fixtures add to the old-fashioned inviting elegance.
The homeowners now enjoy their favorite color in a stunning setting. They chose the original oil painting to complement the palette and are absolutely thrilled with this "Classic Beauty".
