Five residential-style, three-level cottages are located behind the hotel facing 32nd Street. Spanning 1,500 square feet with a kitchen, rooftop deck featuring a fire place + barbeque, two bedrooms and a living room, showcasing masterfully designed interiors. Each cottage is named after the islands in Newport Beach and features a distinctive motif, tapping five elite Newport Beach-based firms: Grace Blu Interior Design, Jennifer Mehditash Design, Brooke Wagner Design, Erica Bryen Design and Blackband Design.

This project was such a joy! From the craftsman touches to the handmade tile we absolutely loved working on this bathroom. While taking on the bathroom we took on other changes throughout the home such as stairs, hardwood, custom cabinetry, and more.

Our Lake Forest project transformed a traditional master bathroom into a harmonious blend of timeless design and practicality. We expanded the space, added a luxurious walk-in shower, and his-and-her sinks, all adorned with exquisite tile work. Witness the transformation!

A low ceiling demanded a compact solution to storage. Desert pink marble, backsplash by Antiquity Tile, hand-chopped floor tile by New Ravenna, Kohler Ladena sinks, faucets by Grohe, lighting by Hudson Valley, cabinet hardware by Valli & Valli. Fine Focus Photography

A window seat adjacent to the bathtub allows for quiet conversations during evening soaks. A large storage drawer is concealed beneath. Tall cabinetry with open shelving elegantly covers the radiator and makes use of vertical space. The bathtub has been reglazed, repainted and rotated to face the river view. A long niche provides at-hand storage and display space. Freeform flowering vine wallpaper above the crisply tailored wall paneling and tall sconces add an elegant feel. Sparkling chrome fixtures provide a luxurious touch and reinforce the classic overtones of this custom design.

The double custom vanity was fitted with drawers for maximum efficiency. The marble countertop pairs beautifully with dark wood and sparkling chrome widespread faucets.
