This powder room is directly accessible from the main cooking area of the kitchen in this turn of the century Poppleton Park home. Because guests can see right in from the kitchen island, the room needed to be warm and welcoming. We wanted to give our client the feeling of being in a spa. So we chose colors that would reflect that feeling, warm travertine with hint of aqua. We incorporated a towel warmer and a radiant heating system in the floor that is controlled by a wi-fi programmable thermostat.

The focal point of the master bath is the drop-in soaking tub with a beautiful granite deck and a custom, raised-panel surround. To frame the window and provide privacy, we designed custom window treatments with goblet pleats The window treatments are installed on a burnished bronze decorative rod with coordinating rings.
