We completely updated this home from the outside to the inside. Every room was touched because the owner wanted to make it very sell-able. Our job was to lighten, brighten and do as many updates as we could on a shoe string budget. We started with the outside and we cleared the lakefront so that the lakefront view was open to the house. We also trimmed the large trees in the front and really opened the house up, before we painted the home and freshen up the landscaping. Inside we painted the house in a white duck color and updated the existing wood trim to a modern white color. We also installed shiplap on the TV wall and white washed the existing Fireplace brick. We installed lighting over the kitchen soffit as well as updated the can lighting. We then updated all 3 bathrooms. We finished it off with custom barn doors in the newly created office as well as the master bedroom. We completed the look with custom furniture!

Master ensuite features a black vanity with modern brushed gold pulls, white quartz counter top, brushed gold faucets, aged gold brass wall sconces, black framed rectangular mirrors against a ceramic tile wood design wall.

Light and Airy shiplap bathroom was the dream for this hard working couple. The goal was to totally re-create a space that was both beautiful, that made sense functionally and a place to remind the clients of their vacation time. A peaceful oasis. We knew we wanted to use tile that looks like shiplap. A cost effective way to create a timeless look. By cladding the entire tub shower wall it really looks more like real shiplap planked walls.

Cabinetry by Kith Kitchens in Haze Decorative Hardware by Hardware Resources

The powder room has a transitional-coastal feel with blues, whites and warm wood tones. The vanity is from Mouser Cabinetry in the Winchester door style with a charcoal stain. The toilet is the one-piece Kathryn model from Kohler. The plumbing fixtures are from the Kohler Artifacts collection in brushed bronze. The sophisticated contrast of black and white shines in this Jamestown, RI bathroom remodel. The white subway tile walls are accented with black grout and complimented by the 8x8 black and white patterned floor and niche tiles.
