A collection of vintage hand mirrors is displayed against custom red and white wallpaper in this powder room. The pedestal sink echoes the shapes of the mirrors and makes the room feel more spacious.

The bathroom was gutted and enlarged. The new counter features Calcutta marble with undermount stainless sink and contemporary faucets. For aesthetics and building code the plumbing pipes were enclosed with a demountable custom designed metal cover. Contemporary designer lighting was mounted to a full size glass mirror. Designer wall paper and Italian floor tile added to the ambience of the space.

This lovely transitional home in Minnesota's lake country pairs industrial elements with softer formal touches. It uses an eclectic mix of materials and design elements to create a beautiful yet comfortable family home.

This is a very small powder room. You can reach every wall from the toilet. Because it's so small we wanted to fill the space with textures, different textures and darker colors. The colors and wood also reflect the colors and texture of a set of framed Japanese silk prints in the foyer next to this powder room. The small granite boulder sink adds a sculptural focus point in this small space. This bathroom is teeny tiny, and we couldn't change the original footprint. But using quality materials and light finishes made it feel new and bright, and perfectly suited to the elegance of the house. Beveled white tile, lots of Carrara marble, polished nickel fixtures, and period sconces all played a role in this spectacular facelift.

An oasis for the girls to get ready in the morning with a six-drawer vanity, maximizing their space for products and Avanti Quartz countertops to withstand the years to come. Honed Hex Carrara floors throughout and shower walls with beveled 3x6 subway tiles. The shower is accented with a custom niche and mother of pearl/mirrored mosaic tiles, wrapped with stone. Chrome fixtures throughout, giving the space a transitional, clean, fresh look!
