Worked with Lloyd Architecture on a complete, historic renovation that included remodel of kitchen, living areas, main suite, office, and bathrooms. Sought to modernize the home while maintaining the historic charm and architectural elements.

Using existing vanity cabinet, countertop and mirrors, we saved a lot of mess and expense in creating a completely fresh and updated master bedroom area. Rich handscraped hickory floors had been installed a few years earlier. Woven wood window shades are reflected in the mirror. The brown elements allow any new homeowner to change walls and colors easily without needing to redo the entire room They also tie the space to the natural environment of this hillside semi-rural setting.

Заказчице очень нравилась ванная комната и малый санузел в предыдущем варианте ремонта. Ей даже не хотелось расставаться со старой плиткой. Но оставить конфигурацию санузлов неизменной в новой планировке не получалось, так что мы их тоже полностью переделали, но сохранили стилистику. Постарались сделать их такими же светлыми с атмосферой домашнего СПА. Плитку выбрали с приятной текстурой от бренда FAP.
