The Logan Square House is the eclectic renovation of a 1800s built house in Chicago. The design pays homage to the traditional style but also throws in bits of the owners' style through the artwork and materials.

This house had been stripped of all its historic character during a renovation in the early 2000s. Our goal was to restore the charm expected in the details of a Church Hill home, while creating an interior layout for the modern lifestyle.

This guest bathroom features a double vanity as well as a linen tower for extra storage. Although the shower is small, we maximized the space with a bench, glass surround and niche for extra storage.
