Florida Lanai Living
Living out on the lanai is one of the perks of being a Florida resident. The covered outdoor space, which shares its name with lanai, a tiny, privately-owned Hawaiian island off Maui, has become many Floridians' favorite living space and of course it all starts with the flooring. Putting plank tile flooring on your lanai is not only beautiful but a smart choice due to the fact that it's easy to maintain and can hold up for many years to come.
People are bringing their living rooms out to their patios. Just like they've extended the living room into the family room, people are extending the family room to the lanai or the patio."
Like this homeowner they are even putting big-screen TVs and other electronic gear out on their lanais. There's no limit to what you can do with your lanai and we want to help you get started. Pro-Tile & Marble, Inc. wants help you make your outdoor lanai beautiful.

Magma Design Group, Inc.

Anthony Wilder Design/Build, Inc.
A sturdy outdoor shower was a welcome addition for the family. Materials were chosen for extra durability, without skimping on appearance. Constructed from actual sailboat cleats hung vertically, the hooks in the shower stand up to the outdoor environment as well as echoing a subtle nautical design theme of the home. An inlaid pebble shower floor continues the natural theme—and its surface is more slip-resistant. The shower surround is PVC to hold up to heavy use and the salt and sun environment.
Progressive Design Build
Progressive Design Build was determined to provide this family with a special place that fits their unique lifestyle, complete with an authentic looking Tiki Bar. And, who wouldn’t want this perfect, instant escape on their own lanai?
We created this bar to look like it was a permanent piece of furniture, but it is actually entirely removable! This custom outdoor Tiki Bar was built using Cypress wood in a dark walnut stain. Aesthetically defined by tiki culture décor, the interiors and exteriors were also built with bamboo and real palm thatch. Functionally, this bar is fully powered with built-in electrical and also includes an under-counter mini refrigerator to keep drinks cold and flowing.
