Powder room with a punch! Handmade green subway tile is laid in a herringbone pattern for this feature wall. The other three walls received a gorgeous gold metallic print wallcovering. Titusville, NJ. Master bathroom update. Our clients were ready for a master bath makeover. By reworking the floorplan, removing the tub and soffits, we were able to create a spacious bathroom. Frameless shower with marble wall tile and pebble flooring, painted dark blue double vanity with silestone countertop, wood-look tile flooring and all new fixtures complete the transformation!

A powder bathroom is a great place to Go Bold! While it might seem counterintuitive, this larger, darker wall tile with fewer grout lines & reflective qualities, actually opened up this small space. The transition of movement & color, from paper to tile, was chosen with great care. Take a Seat!

Master Bathroom

You'll find wood floors in the bathroom, something you won't see very often, but they end in an area of tile by the shower, a floating cabinet, and back-lit mirrors.

The client had several requirements for this Seattle kids bathroom remodel. They wanted to keep the existing bathtub, toilet and flooring; they wanted to fit two sinks into the space for their two teenage children; they wanted to integrate a niche into the shower area; lastly, they wanted a fun but sophisticated look that incorporated the theme of African wildlife into the design. Ellen Weiss Design accomplished all of these goals, surpassing the client's expectations. The client particularly loved the idea of opening up what had been a large unused (and smelly) built-in medicine cabinet to create an open and accessible space which now provides much-needed additional counter space and which has become a design focal point.

For this classic San Francisco William Wurster house, we complemented the iconic modernist architecture, urban landscape, and Bay views with contemporary silhouettes and a neutral color palette. We subtly incorporated the wife's love of all things equine and the husband's passion for sports into the interiors. The family enjoys entertaining, and the multi-level home features a gourmet kitchen, wine room, and ample areas for dining and relaxing. An elevator conveniently climbs to the top floor where a serene master suite awaits.
