This cabinet column could be used also be used as a small pantry. It features pocket doors to store a coffee station and small microwave, mugs and coffee accessories. This cabinetry features a Shaker style door with "eagle rock" stain on maple; the countertop is honed, absolute black granite. The "ash gray" cabinet pulls are from Top Knobs. The backsplash is a white 2 x 8.5 inch field tile by Market Collection.

We completely renovated this space for an episode of HGTV House Hunters Renovation. The kitchen was originally a galley kitchen. We removed a wall between the DR and the kitchen to open up the space. We used a combination of countertops in this kitchen. To give a buffer to the wood counters, we used slabs of marble each side of the sink. This adds interest visually and helps to keep the water away from the wood counters. We used blue and cream for the cabinetry which is a lovely, soft mix and wood shelving to match the wood counter tops. To complete the eclectic finishes we mixed gold light fixtures and cabinet hardware with black plumbing fixtures and shelf brackets.

“We want to redo our cabinets…but my kitchen is so small!” We hear this a lot here at Reborn Cabinets. You might be surprised how many people put off refreshing their kitchen simply because homeowners can’t see beyond their own square footage. Not all of us can live in a big, sprawling ranch house, but that doesn’t mean that a small kitchen can’t be polished into a real gem! This project is a great example of how dramatic the difference can be when we rethink our space—even just a little! By removing hanging cabinets, this kitchen opened-up very nicely. The light from the preexisting French doors could flow wonderfully into the adjacent family room. The finishing touches were made by transforming a very small “breakfast nook” into a clean and useful storage space.

De l'éclairage a été mis en place afin de mettre en valeur la décoration de l'alcôve mais aussi un luminaire spécifique aux plantes afin de leur permettent de pousser dans de bonnes conditions. Les tabourets quand à eux, ont été dessinés par moi même et créé par un artisan métallier sur mesure

This calm, inviting kitchen space provided us with the perfect opportunity to showcase our Modular Kitchen range. The simple, square wide door pattern aligns with our clients’ choice of a soft, neutral colour scheme creating a light, bright space where the high ceilings, exposed beams and other architectural features of the property are allowed to truly shine. The use of unlipped birch ply for the shelves and cutlery inserts of our Modular range further underlines this celebration of natural features and materials. We believe this design is both beautiful in it’s simplicity and yet clever in it’s functionality. The ceiling extractor has been concealed behind one of the supporting beams, the area by the door has been turned into a boot room and utility, while the alcoves have been repurposed to provide both a walk-in pantry and some wine storage. For this client we looked at a number of designs to help them decide whether to extend or not. In the end they decided to open up the ground floor. We widened the patio doors, took down all the internal walls and created an open plan kitchen/dining/living space that the client loves.
