Cinnabar InteriorsThis is the redo of the living area. Important aspects were repetition of pattern in area rug and coffee table, repetition of color in accent chairs, area rug, coffee table, sofa, and throw pillows. Mixing of materials such as metals, woods, and linens.
Sai InteriorsThe clients had an unused swimming pool room which doubled up as a gym. They wanted a complete overhaul of the room to create a sports bar/games room. We wanted to create a space that felt like a London members club, dark and atmospheric. We opted for dark navy panelled walls and wallpapered ceiling. A beautiful black parquet floor was installed. Lighting was key in this space. We created a large neon sign as the focal point and added striking Buster and Punch pendant lights to create a visual room divider. The result was a room the clients are proud to say is "instagramable"

Fables de MursLa pièce de vie a été agrandie en annexant l'entrée, l'alcôve et l'ancienne cuisine, Les anciennes cloisons devenues porteuses ont été remplacées par des structures métalliques dissimulées dans le faux plafond. La cuisine s'ouvre sur la pièce de vie. L'aménagement bleu donne l'atmosphère à la pièce et simplifie sa forme. Elle permet de dissimuler une porte d'entrée, une buanderie, des rangements et les toilettes.

Fun and whimsical family room remodel. This room was custom designed for a family of 7. My client wanted a beautiful but practical space. We added lots of details such as the bead board ceiling, beams and crown molding and carved details on the fireplace.
We designed this custom TV unit to be left open for access to the equipment. The sliding barn doors allow the unit to be closed as an option, but the decorative boxes make it attractive to leave open for easy access.
The hex coffee tables allow for flexibility on movie night ensuring that each family member has a unique space of their own. And for a family of 7 a very large custom made sofa can accommodate everyone. The colorful palette of blues, whites, reds and pinks make this a happy space for the entire family to enjoy. Ceramic tile laid in a herringbone pattern is beautiful and practical for a large family.

Solid Apollo LEDMark Fertitta. Solid Apollo LED. In this awesome game room, Color Changing RGB LED Lights have been placed around the entire cove of the basement ceiling for incredible lighting effects showing either a single custom color, or mulitple colors when the RGB LED Controller is used with the built in color changing programs. The RGB LED Strip Lights were easy to add as the thin low profile design and easy stick double sided tape on the back of the strip light make installation quick. The lights are controlled using Solid Apollo's LED Wizard Smartphone & Tablet LED Controller for easy lighting control using any smartphone or tablet. The incredible range of colors possible compliment any game room or man cave and like here, where the brightness fills the entire room, the controllers have full brightness settings which can also be turned down to as low as 10% for soft accent lighting. So when playing pool or enjoying drinks at the bar, the color changing lights can br turned to full brightness to create an incredible energized atmosphere, or when stopping to watch your favorite game, the lights can be turned down for subtle background accent lighting.
Innovative Design Build, IncInnovative Design Build was hired to remodel an existing fireplace in a single family home in Boca Raton, Florida. We were not to change the footprint of the fireplace or to replace the fire box. Our design brought this outdated dark bulky fireplace that looked like it belonged in a log cabin, into 2020 with a modern sleeker design. We replaced the whole surround including the hearth and mantle, as well as painted the side walls. The clients, who prefer a more coastal design, loved the traditional brick pattern for the surround, so we used creamy colors in a multi format design to give it a lot of texture. Then we chose a beautiful porcelain slab that was cut using mitered edges for a seamless look. We then stained a custom mantle to match other wood tones in their home tying it into the surrounding furniture. Finally we painted the walls in a lighter greige tone to compliment the newly remodeled fireplace. This project was finished in under a month, just in time for the clients to enjoy the Christmas holiday.

Mon Concept HabitationTransformer un bien divisé en 3 étages en une seule maison familiale. Nous devions conserver au maximum l'esprit "vieille maison" (car nos clients sont fans d'ancien et de brocante ) et les allier parfaitement avec les nouveaux travaux. Le plus bel exemple est sans aucun doute la modernisation de la verrière extérieure pour rajouter de la chaleur et de la visibilité à la maison tout en se mariant à l'escalier d'époque.
