Family Room
Jameson Design GroupThe kitchen and family room are in the portion of the home that was part of an addition by the previous homeowners, which was enclosed and had a very low ceiling. We removed and reframed the roof of the addition portion to vault the ceiling. Two sets of glass French doors bring in a wealth of natural light.
The family room features a neutral mid-century sectional, reclaimed wood and lacquer furniture, and colorful accents. The painting by local artist Danika Ostrowski is a nod to the client's love of the desert and Big Bend National Park.

Jeff King & CompanyThe entertainment center includes two fold-down secretaries for his and her desks, file cabinets and an enclosed printer area. Even the TV is disguised behind a sliding door for a clean look when it's not in use.

The CousinsWhen Hurricane Sandy hit, it flooded this basement with nearly 6 feet of water, so we started with a complete gut renovation. We added polished concrete floors and powder-coated stairs to withstand the test of time. A small kitchen area with chevron tile backsplash, glass shelving, and a custom hidden island/wine glass table provides prep room without sacrificing space. The living room features a cozy couch and ample seating, with the television set into the wall to minimize its footprint. A small bathroom offers convenience without getting in the way. Nestled between the living room and kitchen is a custom-built repurposed wine barrel turned into a wine bar - the perfect place for friends and family to visit. Photo by Chris Amaral.

Pamela Harvey InteriorsOur St. Pete studio designed this dream-like home with a combination of beautiful blues and clean whites, creating a warm cocoon that evokes a sense of calm relaxation. The cozy living room takes advantage of natural light flowing in oodles by adding a beautiful white couch that reflects the light. The kitchen and breakfast nook look airy and bright with the beautiful statement lighting creating visual interest. The formal dining is designed to look smart and sophisticated, with stylish furniture and a beautiful white and gold lighting piece. The two bedrooms are classy and elegant, and the soft furnishings induce instant relaxation.

Courtney Thomas DesignWe designed the layout of this home around family. The pantry room was transformed into a beautiful, peaceful home office with a cozy corner for the family dog. The living room was redesigned to accommodate the family’s playful pursuits. We designed a stylish outdoor bathroom space to avoid “inside-the-house” messes. The kitchen with a large island and added breakfast table create a cozy space for warm family gatherings.
