How to Make a DIY Concrete Dining Table Top

Coffee is very important to one of the homeowners, so a dedicated coffee station was a must. Both homeowners wanted to start growing herbs and a few small vegetable plants, so a space was set up for this as well.

A 1940's bungalow was renovated and transformed for a small family. This is a small space - 800 sqft (2 bed, 2 bath) full of charm and character. Custom and vintage furnishings, art, and accessories give the space character and a layered and lived-in vibe. This is a small space so there are several clever storage solutions throughout. Vinyl wood flooring layered with wool and natural fiber rugs. Wall sconces and industrial pendants add to the farmhouse aesthetic. A simple and modern space for a fairly minimalist family. Los electrodomésticos son de máxima eficiencia energética y están integrados en el interior del mobiliario para minimizar el impacto visual en la sala.

This unused section of the basement was converted into a beautiful, contemporary kitchen and dining area to complete our customer's Mother-In-Law Suite. An exterior door was added for garage access.

The first incarnation of the new dining area. The challenge was how to make the existing window treatments and hand-me-down furniture look fresh and modern on a super-tight budget.
