This residential Lazy River is all about activity! It has a big swimming/play area (30' accross & 40'+ length) plus the lazy river. It has a basketball goal, fire pit, and if you go down the Dolphin slide, one of the lazy river pumps sends you accross the pool to the river entrance! The bridge has a tropical feel and takes you to the island where a secret path leads to the dive rock. Concrete Pool with Vanishing Edge and Waterfall. Above the pool are a Hot Tub and a Cool Tub! That will seat 15. The Waterfall at its height of 12 foot acts as a jumping rock to plunge into the 12 deep end of the pool. The project also has two fire bowls on either side of the vanishing edge and two other separate fire pits at opposite sides of the outdoor living area. This pool features a light green premium Pebble Sheen raised aggregate interior that contrasts beautifully with the surrounding deck in architectural acid etched concrete which mimics the look of limestone without having its tendency for staining.
