For this stunning home, our St. Pete studio created a bold, bright, balanced design plan to invoke a sophisticated vibe. Our love for the color blue was included in the carefully planned color scheme of the home. We added a gorgeous blue and white rug in the entryway to create a fabulous first impression. The adjacent living room got soft blue accents creating a cozy ambience. In the formal dining area, we added a beautiful wallpaper with fun prints to complement the stylish furniture. Another lovely wallpaper with fun blue and yellow details creates a cheerful ambience in the breakfast corner near the beautiful kitchen. The bedrooms have a neutral palette creating an elegant and relaxing vibe. We converted the erstwhile formal dining room in this residence to a multipurpose room. True to its name, it function as an office, guest room, music room, prayer room and an extension of the living room when the pocket doors are open. The daybed shown here opens into a very comfortable king-sized bed. The builts in along the window hide the unsightly and yellowed out AC, while creating storage and a place to comfortably sit and read a book with a view to enjoy. The custom seat cushions are silver in a faux leather material. with a modern and linear construction. On the opposite wall, we have designed a desk niche to create a home office. The pocket doors close if privacy is needed.

A family room – also referred to as a rumpus room or games room – is more casual and informal than a living room. Designed for relaxation and entertainment, it’s the go-to spot to kick back, watch TV, play music or while away hours playing a gaming console. Because it serves multiple functions, it often requires lots of storage space for the likes of DVDs, books and toys, and should be able to include everything from a comfy couch and occasional chairs to a TV, entertainment unit, desk and bookshelf.
