The family room features a fresh green palette inspired by the outdoors, as well as a custom designed leather sofa and comfy swivel chairs. Elements of nature are clear in the chartreuse wallpaper with silvery palm leaf detail which wraps the room, along with the chrysanthemum-motif rug.

Modern elements combine with mid-century detailing to give this mountain-style home its rustic elegance.
Natural stone, exposed timber beams and vaulted ceilings are just a few of the design elements that make this rustic retreat so inviting. A welcoming front porch leads right up to the custom cherry door. Inside a large window affords breathtaking views of the garden-lined walkways, patio and bonfire pit. An expansive deck overlooks the park-like setting and natural wetlands. The great room's stone fireplace, visible from the gourmet kitchen, dining room and cozy owner's suite, acts as the home's center piece. Tasteful iron railings, fir millwork, stone and wood countertops, rich walnut and cherry cabinets, and Australian Cypress floors complete this warm and charming mountain-style home. DRAPES & DECOR
This family room had plantation shutters across the large window. We've added a set of drapery panels in heavier off white fabric with a dark chocolate color block in the bottom. We've repeated this color in drapery poles that were cut to the width of the panels. This room has strong contrasting dark chocolate coffee table and the side table. Other colors in the room are fresh and light.

A palette of sage green, chocolate brown and beige was used to bring the colors of nature in and create this welcoming family room. The floor to ceiling stone fireplace wall, wrought iron accents and touches of black throughout make for a casual, relaxing space.
